Your Future.Our Mission.Endless Possibilities.
At Mass Graduates, we believe career guidance should do more than suggest a course. It should help students understand themselves, make smarter decisions, and build successful careers.
Mass Graduates is a career guidance and assessment service in Kerala, India, with guidance available online for students across India. We help students after SSLC (Class 10), after Plus Two (Class 12), and at UG and PG level choose a course, entrance exam or career path through three things: one-to-one counselling, the MGCI Career Assessment, and a step-by-step personal plan.
Career Guidance, the MGCI Assessment, and Personalised Planning, All in One Place to Help You Discover, Decide & Succeed.

Building a brighter, confident career future for every student.
Our mission is what we do every day: give every student clear, personalised career guidance, so they can choose their course and career with confidence.
See our commitmentsCareer guidance, made personal.
We replace one-size-fits-all advice with a personal process. Each student takes the MGCI assessment, speaks with a counsellor, and leaves with a clear roadmap for their academic and career goals.
Assessment, counselling, planning.
The MGCI assessment shows a student’s strengths and Career Fit. A counsellor then goes through the results one-to-one. A step-by-step roadmap covers courses, entrance exams and colleges.
Every student deserves a meaningful pathway.
Our guidance is for students in Class 10, Class 12 and at UG and PG level, from every district of Kerala, and online across India. Our commitment is that every student gets a clear, personal route from understanding their strengths to making an informed decision.
Every Step. Every Student. Every Dream.
Guidance that supports students from self-awareness to meaningful opportunities.
Using the MGCI assessment to help students prepare with confidence.
Ensuring every student has access to quality guidance and meaningful opportunities.
