MGCI stands for Mass Graduate Career Index. It looks at three parts of a student: Behaviour (interest, personality and motivation), Strength (aptitude, skills and academics) and Career Path (degree, career roles and 10-year goal).

Career Fit is the result you get when all three parts are put together. It points to the career sector that matches you best out of the 10 sectors we cover.
